The HBDI® assessment is the foundation for thinking agility, cognitive diversity, and innovative thinking…it is a powerful psychometric assessment that defines and describes the degree to which we think in the in the four quadrants of the Whole Brain® Model.

The data helps us adapt our thinking preferences to communicate more effectively, improve decision making and problem solving. It can help individuals become more effective leaders and build relationships with all stakeholders including customers, team members, internal clients, leaders and direct reports.  Many people find it helpful to use with their spouses and older children. In addition, it can help guide us from a career management standpoint.

After completing the survey, you will receive a comprehensive understanding of your HBDI® Profile Digital report through a series of videos, exercises and reading materials that includes an in-depth interpretation of individual results. The full experience takes approximately 90 minutes from taking the assessment to going through the various modules.  This can be done in one sitting or multiple sessions at your own pace.
